The Salinas Police Department will be conducting a DUI and Drivers License Checkpoint during the evening hours of Friday June 18, 2010 at an undisclosed location in the City of Salinas.
The DUI and Drivers License Checkpoint are aimed at educating the public about the dangers of drinking and driving and driving without a license.
The funding for these operations is provided by a grant issued by the California Office of Traffic Safety.
