Felony reports for January 6, 2010
Clyde L Kennedy, 51, 2641 Edwin St., Akron, Ohio was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Weapons while Intoxicated, Child Endangering, Discharging Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Domestic Violence Menacing, Aggravated Menacing, Weapons under Disability, Disorderly Conduct Intoxication and Driving under the Influence. Clyde (while intoxicated) fired a shot into the kitchen floor and asked the victim if she wanted to die. Two juveniles were sleeping in the basement at the time Clyde fired into the floor. Clyde was apprehended at 1550 W Waterloo Rd and was found to be in possession of a gun.
Brian R Conrecode, 23, 285 Zeller Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Theft. Brian was observed by loss prevention taking 20 DVD’s from the Sears store at Rolling Acres. Total value is $538.00.
Dominique Grimes, 19, 600 Turney Rd #106, Bedford, Ohio was charged with Burglary. The victim observed two males pulled into his driveway and force their way into the residence. The two then carried items out of the residence. The victim threw a bat at the back window of the vehicle breaking it. The owner of the vehicle and Dominique were questioned about the burglary. Dominique admitted to committing the burglary and driving the vehicle.
Ronald L Belfield Sr., 28, 1458 Hite St., Akron, Ohio was charged with Domestic Violence and Assault. Ronald has two prior convictions for domestic violence from 3-13-03 and 4-11-05.
Kenneth R Wilkins Jr., 21, 686 Talbot St., Akron, Ohio was charged with Complicity Aggravated Murder and Aggravated Robbery. On 12-19-09 entered 854 Barbara with and accomplice to rob the victim. The accomplice shot and killed the victim during the robbery. Kenneth took a cell phone from the witness and fled with the accomplice.
Brandon Demetrius Howard, 18, 2806 Chamberlain Rd., Akron, Ohio was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Robbery. Brandon and Jordan D Howard entered 456 McGowan Ave by force and held a toy gun on three juvenile victims. Brandon and Jordan then took property from the residence and fled the scene.
Amy Jo Donnenwirth, 37, 377 Fairway Park Dr #203, Copley, Ohio was charged with Felonious Assault and Criminal Damage. Amy Jo drove her vehicle into the victim’s vehicle and then pushed the vehicle into victim #2’s house ending up in the living room.
