Detectives are searching for SAMUEL J. MOORE on a charge of Aggravated Rape. Moore is accused of participating in the rape of a 22-year old man in the early morning hours of 11/16/09 inside a residence at 2203 SASSY LANE.
The victim was invited by Moore to the residence of JAMES MICHAEL CUTSHAW, 59, late on the night of 11/15/09. Sometime after arriving he was given a drink, which the victim believes contained some type of incapacitating drug, as he soon passed out and drifted in and out of consciousness.
The victim stated he awoke at various times to find he had been stripped of his clothing, placed into a sexual sling apparatus, bound, gagged, and raped. He eventually regained full consciousness several hours later and was able to gather his clothing and leave.
CUTSHAW was arrested yesterday at his home and booked into the EBR Parish Prison charged with Aggravated Rape. MOORE remains at-large. He is a white male, 25-years old, 5’8”, 180 lbs., with a last known address of 1859 Stonegate Court. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Sex Crimes Division at 389-3853 or Crime Stoppers at 344-7867.
