Las Cruces, New Mexico – Pedestrian Hit by Truck Dies

Las Cruces—A man standing on I-25 near the Hatch exit was killed by a truck Monday evening. Brian Hasslinger (5/7/73) of Las Cruces was killed instantly at about 8:30 pm when a truck driven by an Albuquerque man hit him. It is unclear why he was standing in the roadway. State Police continue to investigate.
Alcohol does not seem to be a factor in this tragedy.
