Concord, New York – State Police Investigate Fatal Two Car Accident

On November 10, 2009, the New York State Police investigated a 2 car fatal motor vehicle accident in the Town of Concord.
Initial investigation revealed that a tractor trailer traveling eastbound on Genesee Rd., failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Genesee Rd and Springville-Boston Rd and struck a pick up truck which was traveling southbound on Springville-Boston Rd.
The driver of the pick-up truck, Joseph Nebrich, age 33, of Cattaraugus, NY was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured. Investigation into the accident continues.
