On Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at 6:43 PM, San Jose Police Officers responded to 100 block of N. White Road in response to a person shot.
Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was in the area of White Road and Warm Springs Drive when he was shot by unknown persons. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Motive is undermined at this time.
This marks San Jose’s twenty-fourth homicide of the year.
