Boise Police responded to a report of a rape early yesterday morning (November 5th) at approximately 3:00 a.m. at a home near Overland and Latah in Boise. The adult female victim tells police she had gone to sleep at friends, where the crime reportedly occurred. The suspect and the victim are known to each other. Boise Police Detectives conducted an interview with the suspect who was taken into custody at the home. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges. The suspect should be arraigned today, please refer to the Ada County Court for more information.
