Santa Fe – During the ongoing homicide investigation of Anthony Garcia, Agents with the New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau identified 31 Y.O JOSE RIZO of Espanola as the shooter. Earlier Tuesday afternoon Agents learned that Rizo was hiding out in the Santa Fe area, and as of 5:30 Rizo was taken into custody without incident.
Rizo has been charged with an Open count of Murder, Shooting at or from a motor vehicle, and Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
