November 4, 2009 – Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 4415 South Shaver about 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday (Nov. 3).
The male victim, 16, of Houston, was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S.L. Brown and Officer F. Bashir reported:
The juvenile male victim was driving a go-cart in the apartment complex parking lot at 4415 South Shaver when he collided with a Gold Kia Optima, driving the opposite direction through the parking lot. The juvenile suffered multiple injuries.
The investigation is continuing.
