New York – State Police in Canandaigua arrest 5 subjects for Robbery in the Town of Farmington

On November 2, 2009, the New York State Police in Canandaigua arrested the following individuals for Robbery 2nd (C-Felony) pursuant to an ongoing investigation that originated during the evening hours of October 27, 2009. The investigation involved a victim being physically assaulted while walking on Mertensia Road, Town of Farmington and pursuant to the assault personal items were stolen. The following individuals were arrested and charged with Robbery 2nd :
Amy E. Meadows – Sheffer, 02/08/86
Shawn P. MacGillivary, 02/05/92
Mitchell A. Tyskiewicz, 01/20/93
Sarah R. Imblum, 06/25/93
Brendon J. Kuchinick, 07/23/91
All the above subjects were arraigned in local courts and remanded to Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond and are scheduled to reappear in the Town of Farmington Court at a future date.
