Troop E Announces DWI Saturations
Captain George E. Ridens, commanding officer of Troop E, announces that Troop E officers will conduct DWI saturations during the month of September.
During the month of September, Troop E officers will conduct DWI saturations in some of the 13 counties of southeast Missouri that make up Troop E. “DWI saturations are a part of the Patrol’s effort to remove intoxicated drivers from Missouri’s highways,” said Captain Ridens. “The impaired driver continues to be a major contributor to serious and fatal traffic crashes in southeast Missouri.”
The Missouri State Highway Patrol urges all citizens to report any vehicle they observe operating in a careless and imprudent manner. The public can contact the Highway Patrol toll free at 1-800-525-5555 or on their cellular phone at *55.
