Narrative
On Thursday July 2, 2009 officers were conducting surveillance in the area of S New Street. The defendants were seen entering on and trespassing on a property in the unit block of S New St. Upon contact defendant Walker was found to be in possession of 5 bags of marijuana which had been packaged for sale. All three were taken into custody. Defendants Brown and Parker were arrested for trespassing and released on a summons. Defendant Walker was released on an unsecured bond.
