June 30, 2009 – Houston police have learned the identity of a man found deceased at 10300 Tidwell about 4:10 p.m. on Saturday, June 13.
The victim, identified as Josue Giovannie Tobar Navas, 20, of Alexandria, VA was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Blain and Officer E. Schmidt reported:
Mr. Navas was found deceased in a field near a dirt road in the 10300 block of Tidwell. Navas’ cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.
