During the week of June 23, 2009, through June 29, 2009,
So far this year, there have been 694 DUI arrests compared with 686 during the same period last year, an increase of 1.2 percent. The numbers of arrests by district were:

There have been 786 major accidents so far this year compared with 899 during the same period last year, a decrease of 12.6 percent.
So far this year, there were 12 traffic fatalities on the
DUI roadblocks and patrols will continue island wide.
