Time: 6:30 p.m.

This graduating class brings the total active NOW volunteers to 39 citizens, representing 17 neighborhoods. In 2008, NOW volunteers contributed 1,986 hours in eight months to the Vancouver Police Department and the citizens of the City of Vancouver.
Members of the media are invited to attend. There will be great visuals and opportunities to speak with Vancouver Police staff and the NOW volunteers about the great community policing work that is being done in Vancouver.
