New York – 65 Year Old Man Arrested For Sexual Contact With Boys

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Queensbury has arrested Stuart L. Graham, 65 years of age, 43 Riley Hill Road Stony Creek, NY. Graham is accused of having deviant sexual contact with several male children who he was acquainted with. Graham was charged with the Felonies of Criminal Sex Act 1st, Criminal Sex Act 2nd, and Course of Sexual Contact Against a Child 1st, additional charges
may be forthcoming. The investigation is ongoing in an attempt to identify any other victims and witnesses. Graham was arraigned in the Town of Queensbury Court in front of Town Justice Mcnally and was remanded to the Warren County Jail for lack of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 Bond.
