On 4/24/09 at approximately 16:23 Vehicle 1 failed to negotiate a sharp curve heading south on VT 104 near Rocky Ridge Rd. in Fairfax. Vehicle 1 skidded across both lanes of travel and into a ditch on the opposite side of the road. Vehicle 1 overturned and the operator was partially ejected. Fairfax Rescue transported the operator to NMC where he was pronounced deceased. Investigation is still ongoing.
