Officers were dispatched to a report of a victim of a shooting at a hotel in the 1100 block of N. Main St.. When they arrived the victim was gone, but showed up shortly after at Kern and Market where his friend had dropped him off. The victim, a 36 year old male, had been shot in the hand and lower torso. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 40’s, with reddish hair. The reason for the shooting is unknown but it does not appear to be gang related. The wounds appear to be non life threatening.
