The Vermont State Police investigation into the death of Linda Wiggin will result in David Denny appearing in Rutland District Court to answer to the charge of second degree murder. The arraignment is scheduled for later this afternoon, however the exact time is unknown due to a heavy court schedule. The media may obtain the affidavit from the court at the conclusion of the arrangement.
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner has completed the autopsy of Wiggin and has ruled her death a homicide.
