Fulton, NY - Syracuse Couple Arrested After Search Warrant

Jerome Andrew Kelley age 27, Syracuse, New York and Deanna S. Maynard age 24, Syracuse New York were arrested on November 14, 2008 following an investigation conducted by The City of Fulton Police Department and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team.
The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant in the 800 block of S. Fourth Street (SR 481) on the person of Jerome A. Kelley and the vehicle he was found to operate.
During the execution of the search warrant 1.4 grams of crack cocaine were recovered along with a small amount of marihuana.
Jerome A. Kelley was charged with the following:
Criminal Sale of a controlled substance 3rd class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 3rd class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 5th class D Felony
Criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd class A misdemeanor
Deanna S. Maynard was charged with the following:
Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 3rd Class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 5th Class D Felony
Unlawful Possession of marihuana a Violation
Jerome A. Kelley was arraigned in Fulton City Court by Hon. Jerome Mirabito and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center in lieu of $20,000 bail and is scheduled to return to court November 19, 2008.
Deanna S. Maynard was arraigned in Fulton City Court by Hon. Jerome Mirabito and released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to court December 3, 2008.
