San Jose, California – Homicide #20

San Jose: On Thursday, July 24, 2008, at 8:05 PM, San Jose Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Kammerer Ave. and Oakland Ave. on a report of a disturbance involving a knife. Officers arrived and located the victim with multiple stab wounds. The victim died a short time later at a local hospital.
No motive has been established for this case. The investigation is on-going.

The victim’s family is offering a $10,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of James Cervantes.
