Colorado Man Arrested for Online Enticement

(Lincoln, NE)-A Colorado man has been arrested on a charge of Enticement by Electronic Communication Device following a more than yearlong investigation by the Nebraska State Patrol.
Beginning in May 2007, an investigator with the Nebraska State Patrol posing as an underage child, had contact with an adult male utilizing an internet account. On two separate occasions, once in May and again in November 2007, the individual transmitted indecent, lewd and obscene writings and a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct to the investigator. In May 2008, the individual again transmitted indecent, lewd and obscene writings.
Utilizing the individual’s online screen name the investigator was able to identify the user of the account.
On Monday, September 29, 2008, an investigator with the Nebraska State Patrol arrested 30-year-old Nathan Jasa of Thornton, Colorado. Jasa was lodged in the Lancaster County jail on a charge of Enticement by Electronic Communication Device a Class IV Felony.
