Chester, Vermont – One Dead in Shooting Incident

Corrected Spelling On Victim’s Name
On 08-17-08, Vermont State Police and Chester Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance with shots fired at the ball fields off of Vermont Route 103 in the town of Chester.
Upon arrival, Police discovered Vincent Tamburello 32, of Springfield, Vermont wounded from an apparent gunshot wound.
There were multiple witnesses at the scene that identified the shooter. The shooter was taken into custody by the Officers at the scene. This subject was identified as Kyle Bolaski, 24 of Springfield, Vermont.
Tamburello was taken to Springfield Hospital were he died from his injuries.
Bolaski has been charged with Second Degree Homicide and was lodge on $100,000 bail.
Tamburello’s body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Burlington for an autopsy.
