Major Incidents Reported for July 18, 2008

Breaking and Entering:

Officers arrested a couple for stealing copper pipes from Innes Middle School located at 1999 East Ave last night around 10:30 PM. Arrested were John L. Belka, 31, and Jennifer S. Duecker, 23, both of Jason Ave.

Officer inside of the school building observed Belka and Duecker carrying copper pipes. Once Belka and Duecker saw the officer, they attempted to run from the building. Belka struggled with officers before he was placed in handcuffs.

Innes Middle School is currently under renovation.

John L. Belka was charged with Breaking and Entering, Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing Official Business. Jennifer S. Duecker was charged with Breaking and Entering. They were both booked into the Summit County Jail.

Felony reports for July 18, 2008

Kyle Daly Rajaniemi, 19, 844 Johnston St., Akron, Ohio was charged with Obstructing Justice and Disorderly Conduct Violent and Turbulent. Officers went to 844 Johnston St. looking for Robert Boulerisse. Kyle repeatedly lied about Robert’s whereabouts and became disruptive and disorderly. Robert was found in the basement of the residence.

Quamaine RJ Young, 18, 748 Corley Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Quamaine was found to be in possession of a stolen auto at Chittenden St. and 5th Ave.

Tina Lynn Hilbourn, 36, 765 Frase Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Tina was arrested on 7-2-08 for soliciting. Tina placed 3 stolen checks between the seats of the officers undercover vehicle.

Andra Lamar Fitzgerald, 37, 1905 8th St., Akron, Ohio was charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Andra attempted to cash a stolen check.

Antoine L. Townsend, 25, 27 Royal Place, Akron, Ohio was charged with Felony Domestic Violence and Domestic Violence Menacing. Antoine has a prior conviction for domestic violence from 3-13-08.

Succo J. Moore, 31, 657 Madison Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Domestic Violence. Succo has a prior conviction for domestic violence from 12-27-96.

John L. Belka, 31, 847 Jason Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Breaking and Entering, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Official Business. John broke into Innes Middle School and was found to be stealing copper pipes from the school.

Jennifer S. Duecker, 23, 847 Jason Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Breaking and Entering. Jennifer was assisting John L. Belka steal copper pipes from Innes Middle School.

James L. Fowler, 45, 6331 Smith Rd., Brookpark, Ohio was charged with Breaking and Entering. James forced his way into 869 Carroll St. #B through the basement window and stole tools and household items.
