Moretown, VT - Fatality Accident

On July 15, 2008 at approximately 1845 hours Malik Hunter was driving a
motocross/dirt bike westbound on Herring Brook Road in Moretown, VT. Hunter
lost control of the motorcycle and fell off while attempting to negotiate a
moderate, uphill-graded right turn. An oncoming vehicle, driven by Michael
Megrath, struck Hunter as he was lying in the middle of the roadway. Megrath
was driving eastbound and was unable to make an evasive maneuver before running
over Hunter.
