INCIDENT INFORMATION: Jesse Akin was driving a 1998 Peterbilt tractor and log trailer northbound on SH13 at milepost 11.7, between Grangeville and Harpster.
The vehicle drifted across the centerline, went off the left shoulder, down the embankment and into the river. Jesse Akin was pronounced deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified, and investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
