Aggravated Robbery:
Around 8:00 last night, employees at the Delia Market located at 964 Delia Ave reported being robbed. The employees reported that three males entered the store armed with handguns and demanded money. One of the store employees fired several rounds at the suspects, believing that he struck one suspect.
Within a couple of minutes, officers received a call of a gunshot victim at Akron General Hospital. The victim, Gerald Arnold, 17, of Hayden Ave in Akron, was being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg and released into police custody. Arnold was charged with Aggravated Robbery. Officers also located a second suspect, William C. Oldham, 18, of Delia Ave in Akron. Oldham was charged with Aggravated Robbery and booked into the Summit County Jail. Detectives are looking for the third person of interest.
Breaking & Entering:
Around midnight last night, officers responded to a call for a broken east side window at the Church’s Chicken located at 713 N. Main St. Upon arrival officers observed a bag of chicken patties laying outside of the business. Officers then apprehend two suspects without incident.
Arrested were Steven A Sickler, 19, of S. Garden Ct and Valerie Isabell, 32, of N. Howard St in Akron. They both were charged with Breaking and Entering and booked into the Summit County Jail.

Felony reports for May 15, 2008
William C. Oldham, 18, 1864 Delia Ave., Akron, Ohio was charged with Aggravaged Robbery. William was part of a group that robbed The Delia Market, threatening the employees with a handgun.
Chevin T. Pace, 22, 10820 W. Golf Dr., Miami, Florida was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon Gun, Drug Abuse Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Chevin was stopped at 37 N. Main St. for an equipment violation. Chevin was driving with no operators license and while being placed under arrest, Chevin stated that he had a gun in the vehicle. Chevin was also found to be in possession of drugs.
Joivaughn R. Campbell, 19, 836 Kling St. #H, Akron, Ohio was charged with Disrupting Public Service, Domestic Violence and Domestic Violence Menacing. Joivaughn got into a verbal argument with the victim that turn physical. Joivaughn also pulled the phone from the wall.
