Concord Police Records Employee Arrested

CONCORD – On May 8th the Concord Police Department arrested a City of Concord employee
after a month long investigation. Arrested was: Jodi Dukette, age 38

Allenstown, NH
Computer Crimes x 2
Obstructing Government Administration x 3
Hindering Apprehension

Dukette is accused of disclosing sensitive information, obtained from Concord Police
Department network computer systems, to unauthorized individuals. It is alleged that between
April 4th and April 9th, Dukette disclosed information about wanted subjects that aided in the
prevention of their apprehension. It is further alleged that Dukette assisted a wanted individual
by providing transportation from Concord to her residence. At the time of the incident, the
subject, Justin Lee, was wanted on a capias issued by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office and
was wanted for questioning by the New Hampshire State Police.

Justin Lee has since been arrested and charged by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office and the
NH State Police on crimes unrelated to this event.

Dukette is employed by the Concord Police Department and has been assigned to the Records
Division during her tenure. At the time of the arrest Dukette was on administrative leave.
The alleged computer crimes are class B felonies and all other charges are misdemeanors.
Dukette was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in Concord
District Court on June 4th at 8:30 am.
